Coffee Flower Cookie

Method

  1. Cream ingredients B until fluffy. Pour in coffee last.
  2. Fold in ingredients A and stir well.
  3. Put the dough in the star shaped nozzle.
  4. Pipe any design you desire. Decorate with almond flakes.
  5. Put on a greased baking tray and baked in oven at 180°C for 15 – 20 minutes.

Pagoda corn flour (sifted)

castor sugar

150g
Golden Churn butter

½ tsp
Bake King ovalette

Sakura fresh egg

1½ tsp
Bake King coffee oil

1 tbsp
Nescafe Gold instant coffee

1 tbsp
hot water (mix with instant coffee)
