Jackfruit Cake

Method

  1. Cream butter and castor sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs at a time and beat well. Add flour, baking powder, milk, jackfruit slices. Mix well to form batter.
  3. Pour mixture into a big greased and lined 900g loaf tin or 2 small loaf tins.
  4. Bake in oven 180°C for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown.

2 tsp
Bake King baking powder (sifted)

SCS butter

200g
castor sugar

Sakura fresh eggs

200ml
Marigold King of Kings evaporated milk

200g
jackfruit (cut into thin slices)
